Veritas is a 6- 9-month course that is a prerequisite for membership and leadership at the portico. It addresses areas that are essential to experiencing fullness in the Christian life. Veritas covers the following topics:

• scripture
• the doctrine of God
• creation and sin
• soteriology
• spiritual warfare
• spiritual disciplines
• stewardship
• missiology
• ecclesiology

Learning is done in a very relational environment. Each week those on track gather in a local home to read Scripture and to share their thoughts and learning's as they progress through the material. In addition to our curriculum the tuition includes a copy of Wayne Grudem's "Systematic Theology" in order to further enhance our discussions and understanding of these critical doctrines.
